Pregnancy Yoga

This weekly Pregnancy Yoga session is open to those currently pregnant and are looking to honour themselves and their babies in body, breath, strength, nurturing, connection, sharing, and support.
It is an environment where you can tune-in to your baby and the journey that is unfolding and make conscious decisions about the directions you take. Classes combine gentle postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation giving you tools to improve your sense of well-being and calm, reducing stress & anxiety. |
