I am a midwifery student based in Castlemaine in Central Victoria. I am hoping to connect with families from this region who feel they would benefit from additional support throughout their pregnancy, birth and early parenting journey.Continuity of care forms the basis of this support, to offer a familiar presence through each transition of the childbearing process. I have a particular interest in supporting women and their families to learn about the physiological process of birth and to seek information that empowers them to make informed decisions about their care, in alignment with their own needs and values. If you are interested in finding out more about the student midwife support program, please don't hesitate to reach out.
