Jo Askham - Internal Pelvic Release Work (Briar Hill, East Melbourne, Your Home)
0409 955 779 jo@birthattendants.info http://jo.birthattendants.info/pelvic-work.html The pelvic region plays such an integral part of our pregnancy and birthing journey and often some dedicated attention can be all that is needed to make space for the structural and emotional passage to birth. Based on the work, teachings and wisdoms of Fiona Hallinan, Jenny Blyth and Andrea Lopez, I am available to work with you to connect you deeper to this area and together explorer the possibilities of potential space for a better birth. |
Sarah Balis - Northern Craniosacral Therapy - (Norhtcote)
sarah@northerncraniosacral.com.au Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle and non-invasive treatment that is good for people of all ages with a variety of conditions. During pregnancy it is excellent at helping to regulate the nervous system, working with aches and pains, and allowing the mother to be fully present in her body. BCST is great for newborns as it is subtle and non invasive - no pressure of any kind - and can really assist with the mother's healing post-partum. Sarah works in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and can arrange home visits for newborns. |
