Revolving Sessions
These regular Pregnancy, Birth and Newborn Education Sessions are open to those currently pregnant and their team who are seeking information, tools, techniques and support around the upcoming birth of their baby. The 3 sessions are run two weeks apart and cycle every 6 weeks. You can in start your 3 sessions anywhere in the continuous cycle.
These are sessions where you can gain important skills that can help you feel confident in your ability to work with what is to come. You can gain knowledge and direction to help you to make conscious, empowered decisions about the directions you take. And tune-in to you and the baby and the journey that is unfolding.

Held by Jo (Doula, Childbirth Educator & permanent birth student) in a gentle organic way. I will endeavour to address any concerns, feelings and questions that are brought up along the way with honesty and compassion.

Early Newborn Have you wondered about life with a new baby? What skills and knowledge do you need? We will share information and experience about those precious first few days and weeks at home with your newborn and give you strategies to give you confidence in your parenting journey. |
Labour & Birth Feel prepared after this session with an understanding of the labour & birth process and the tools you can use to support yourself in this journey to parenthood. Clarify your expectations within the current birth environment and what you can do to make your birth the best one possible. |
Movie, Talk & Story A session of receiving from real birth stories, thought provoking documentaries and shared information. Hear from families that have recently processed through to parenthood. Sit back and watch some of the great birth movies and let them stimulate discussion and inquiry among the group. |
