This weekly Pregnancy Yoga & Connection Circle is open to those currently pregnant and new with babies that are looking to honour themselves their babies in body, breath, strength, information, nurturing, connection, sharing, and support.
For those pregnant, it is an environment where you can tune-in to your baby and the journey that is unfolding and make conscious decisions about the directions you take.
For those going through the 4th trimester, this is an opportunity for some post-natal 'you-time' of movement and meditation.
All sessions include an optional connection circle after the yoga that is rich in what you share, question and receive.
Classes combine gentle postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation giving you tools to improve your sense of well-being and calm, reducing stress & anxiety.
Held by Katie Ferguson (prenatal Yoga Instructor) and Jo Askham (Childbirth Educator, Doula & permanent student of birth) in a gentle organic way. We will endeavour to address any concerns, feelings and questions that are brought into the class and circle with options, honesty and compassion.
